After investigating, I found a loose wire in the circuit breaker panel that had interrupted the power flow to the outlets. By tightening the connection and securing the wiring, I restored full functionality to the outlets, ensuring safe power distribution throughout the room.

The customer called me out for a heating repair job because their furnace wasn’t blowing warm air. After checking the system and testing the electrical connections, I found a faulty igniter causing the issue. I replaced the igniter, ran the system through a full cycle to confirm it was working, and the heating was back on, keeping the customer warm and happy.
